ARTICLE 1 : Company

OnWeb SARL is a company whose head office is located at 111 Meyran Avenue, GUJAN MESTRAS-33470, registered with the Trade and Companies under number Bordeaux 420 464 208.

ARTICLE 2 : General

ARTICLE 4 : Order

ARTICLE 6 : Delivery

ARTICLE 6.5: Delivery - Parcel Lost or damaged

ARTICLE 7 : Cancellation and Product Return

The customer may cancel the order if the sale was purchased in which the article is not yet complete.

ARTICLE 9 : Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All texts, commentaries, articles, illustrations and images, whether visual or audio, reproduced on the site are reserved under copyright, trademark law, patent law, for the world. Reproduction in whole or in part Site is strictly prohibited, subject to prosecution. ARTICLE 10 : CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés)
